Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Case Management experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

HCA FL Largo West campus is a psych/rehab department of HCA FL Largo (Main) and should be treated as a float unit.

Navy blue scrubs.

Patient Ratios – ration is at least 25 :1 CM

EMR – Meditech, Midas, required.

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. -Complex discharge planning

Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees.
