Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Information

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Must be available to start within six weeks of the date of submission.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

ECMO CVICU.

Weekends: 4 weekend shifts per schedule for day shift (Sat/Sun), 6 weekend shifts per schedule for night shift (Fri/Sat/Sun).

Type of equipment – GE bedside monitors, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Centrimag ECMO Circuits, Impella CP & 5.5, Prismax CRRT machines, Tablo SLED machines, Maquet Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps.

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. -Experience with cardiac monitoring and rhythms -Experience with titratable drips -Understanding of hemodynamics -Experience with respiratory patients: vents, Bipap, trachs, airvo -Experience with open heart surgery recovery -Experience with ECMO, Impella, balloon pumps -Experience with CRRT/SLED

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. -CVICU Charge Experience.
