Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Oncology Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

ONS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Oncology Chemo Certified

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekends

Floating Requirements: To other care areas to care for MS and MS/Tele patients.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Hemeoncology, oncology, bone marrow transplant, med/surg

Required Credentials: either ONS biotherapy cert OR ONS immunotherapy cert, EKG exam required

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience, Previous Charge Experience

Special Requests: Traveler must be available to work 4 out of the 8 major holidays: Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day. If contract ends prior to Christmas - traveler must be available to work 2 out of the 4 holidays within their contract: Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Black Friday.
