Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience.

ASN completion required

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

Medical Surgical / Telemetry Float Pool

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty.

Shift & Scheduling: Day/Night Rotate. Rotation 4-week blocks 7a-7p then 7p-7a 36 hrs/week, weekend, and holiday rotation.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 2-5 years working in MS/Tele.

Exams/ Assessments: Tele test will be administered on first day and it will be pass/fail.

Preferred skills/experience: Trauma Level 1 facility experience is highly preferred but may consider candidates who are experienced in Trauma level II settings.

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months.
