Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Ambulatory Clinic experience within the past 3 years.

BSN completion required

1 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: Start Dates: Weekly start dates 4-6 weeks on average needed to complete compliance

Shift Times: 7.5 Days - 7:30am-4/5pm

5 shifts per week - no weekends, no holidays
