Required skills and experience: MUST have at least 2 years experience in NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics along with ED. Level IV NICU Experience, Experience with High frequency jet ventilator. Oscillating Ventilator. Pediatric cardiac anomalies. Must also have documented PICU experience. 2 years peds experience min. Medication Delivery Systems, Aerosol set up mask, Aerosol set up trach, Medihaler, Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI), Medication Administration, Albuterol, Atrovent, Bicarbonate, Flovent, Inhaled Flolan, Inhaled steroids, Lidocaine, Mucomyst, Nitric Oxide (INo), Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Tobramycin, Xopenex, Care of Patient With, ARDS, Bronchoscopy, ECMO, Neonatal/Pediatrics - Equipment/procedures, Assist in high risk delivery, CPAP/Nasal CPAP/BIPAP, ECMO, Oscillating Ventilator, Umbilical blood gases, Ventilator Management, BiPAP, CPAP, High frequency jet ventilator, High frequency oscillator, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation, Nebulizer, Cold, Hand held, Heated, T-piece, Trach collar, Ultrasonic, Work Settings, Emergency Department, NICU, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatrics, Airway Management Devices/Suctioning, Extubation, Intubation Assist, Nasal airway placement, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oral/nasal Suctioning, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy care/management, Oxygen therapy, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Protocol Driven ECMO, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)

Preferred skills and experience: Teaching Hospital Experience. Combivent, Isuprel, Ketamine, Perforomist, Spiriva, Theophylline, Flow-by.

Required credentials: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Drivers license or government issued photo ID.

Shift & schedule requirements: 6 weekend shifts per schedule. The schedule is published in 6 week blocks.
