Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from last 12 months.
Experience with Paragon is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Float Requirements: float between medical and surgical on the same floor

Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: adult/geriatric; no pediatrics

Must Have Skills/Experience: 2+ years of med/surg nursing experience

Required Education: Nursing degree from accredited school

Scrub Color: No color requirement

Any unacceptable attire: Hoodies/etc.
