Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.
BSN completion required
Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Assignment Dates: 11/04/2025 to 02/07/2026 ONLY. Every other weekend; Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Will be expected to work one holiday.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of Level IV NICU experience. Experience in a teaching hospital.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Will consider ADN with 8+ years level IV NICU exp in a teaching AND children's facility

Required Credentials: Government Issued Photo ID

Unit/Facility Details: Level Four NICU. Beds/Suites/Deliveries: 82.

Special Requests: This position is best suited for experienced NICU nurses who are comfortable working in a high-acuity, Level I trauma center. While prior travel experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this role a good opportunity for new travelers. No RTO (Requested Time Off) approved within the first two weeks of the assignment.

Floating Requirements: ICUs (CICU or PICU) and acute care floors (L6, 7, 8, 9, 10). Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation)
