Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.
Types of Patients on Unit: Common diagnoses/Types of patients Surgical pts (total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, general, etc), Medical pts (CHF, CVA, SOB, diabetic issues)
Unit/Facility Details: # of beds 61 combined
Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips? Yes, monitor tech reads, RN confirms, (should match our current med/surg)
Shift & Scheduling: EOW
Longer Contract Preferred
Holiday Requirement Every other
Is there a call or standby requirement? Yes, with LCD
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
