Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: License Hits: University of Kentucky WILL NOT accept any licensure hits. Cert: NIH - AHA, American Stroke Association, NIHSS, Apex Innovations or AACME. ACLS, BLS - RQI accepted.

Special Requests: If you want to take 4-7 days off, you must be willing to make up that time. You must fulfill the full 13 week contract. RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved.

Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by.
