Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
Required Skills/Experience:
• 1 year of experience with this patient population (Patients who require intermediate care and downgraded CVICU patients. Unit heavily supports the thoracic program, EP, cath lab, and structural heart. Cath Lab, CVAs, CHF, A fib RVR and any other cardiac and vascular related diagnosis.)
• Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.
• RNs must read and interpret strips.
Required Credentials: RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
Unit/Facility Details:
• Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:4, 1:3 for post surgical patients in the first 24 hours
Special Requests: RTO needed upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
