Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pulmonary Embolisms

Balloon Pump and Impella

Hybrid cases for TAVR

Lung Cases | VATS/Thoracotomy procedures, Lobectomy, Decortication, Wedgy Biopsy

Required:

Flexibility to float to other rooms when needed

Total # of Cases/Day: 35-40

Call will be required, and call can be heavy

Call expectations would be 1-2, 16 hours shifts (3p-7a) weekly, and a full weekend call every 4th weekend (3p Friday-7a Monday)

Strong large/acute care

Urology, Ortho, General Surgery OR RN

CVOR experience - Preferred

Charge Experience - Required

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

No weekends

On Call 2-3 times/month
