Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience: robotic experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Scrub nurse experience helpful

Required Credentials: Driver's License/State ID

Special Requests:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Shift & Scheduling:

Must start in Dec or Jan for elevated rate

Rotating Shifts: 0900-1900 or 1000-2000 - flexible based on volumes in the OR

Call: based on department needs

Holiday: call hours - rotating with regular staff

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
