Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

10 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Call Requirements: Weekday and weekend on-call coverage required.

Requirements: Proficient in total joint and general surgery cases Must be able to circulate and scrub all surgical cases.

Rural hospital and RN needs to be the “jack of all trades” and have experience with scrub and circulate. DaVinci robot experience preferred.

Perform a lot of Ortho cases. Facility has a lot of visiting physicians that hold clinic for ENT, Ortho, ect. RN will circulate C-sections. Since it is a small department, RN will assist with turning rooms, cleaning, and picking cases.

Scrubs: Hospital provided

Orientation: Flexibility to start RN on any day of the week.
