Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Emergency Department experience within the past 12 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

General Med / Emergency

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year minimal ER and MS experience in short term acute care hospital setting.

Required Credentials:

CALS
Associate's Degree or Certificate.

Shift & Scheduling:

Variable Day and Night.
Every 3rd weekend. Holidays as needed.

Floating Requirements: Float to like units. Could float to other locations if needed. Candidate will be floating to MS.

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
