Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
License
Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
NRP (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

Every Other Weekend Required. Holidays- At least one per season.

No on Call. 1

1-2 years of recent L&D experience Required.

Mother/Baby and or Nursery Experience- Preferred. This is a LDPR (Labor/Delivery, Postpartum Recovery) Unit- both mother/baby and L&D on the same unit

Patient Ratio: Varies everyday based on type of patients caring for. - Mother/Baby- 1:3-4 - Labor Patient- 1:2 Must be highly reliable and be available to work all days other then those that were pre-disclosed prior to offer. Must not have alternative jobs that would interfere with HMH schedule being a priority.

Required Education: -ASN.

Preferred Education: -BSN Preferred.
