Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 4 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience: -Weekend Requirements: based on unit needs -Holiday Requirements: based on unit needs -Is there a call or standby requirement: No Experience or 'Must have' skills: L&D, PP, and circulating experience required

Preferred Skills/Experience: -triage experience strongly preferred.

Floating Requirements: -Floating Requirements: Travelers required to float to like units within valley (Nampa L&D and Boise L&D).

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Laboring patients 32wks and greater, Elective Induction of labor, Medical Induction of Labor, Stable Antepartum Patients, Postpartum Patients, Well Newborns.
