Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

Experience: Acute Hospital OT experience (Stroke, Total Joint)

Flexible coverage of two community hospitals (Alameda and San Leandro Hospitals).

RTO – Always needs facility approval

2 Supervisor references preferred

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer
