Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Additional Details:

Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).

Required Skills/Experience: Two (2) years of Med/Surg experience. Wound and Colostomy experience.

Required Credentials: Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission. Required Education: -Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program. Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
