If the request is more than 1 week and is consecutive (no hours in the week), Vaya will add 1 week at the end of the contract. This is due to department specific orientation schedules. Travelers should follow the start date and time listed in their welcome letter and department schedule. Travelers will orient at 600 Highland Ave, room F8/170 (subject to change – traveler should follow instructions in welcome letter). Orientation is typically about one week.
