Requirements
Experience
36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 36 months of Dialysis Unit experience.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have charge experience.
Types of Patients on Unit: Outpatient only; ESRD- Dialysis.
Unit Details: Beds/Chairs: 8 Chairs, 2 Shifts of patients/day, 3 days per week (M/W/Fr OR Tu/Th/Sat).
Shift & Scheduling:
- Staggered start time between 5-6, typically 1 rotating day off/week. Dept open from 5-5.
- Weekend Requirement: EOW being Fri & Sat.
- Holiday Requirement: Open for all Holidays except Christmas, May be asked to go in Holiday Rotation, typically every 3rd Holiday.
