Required Skills/Experience: ** Skills required -Telemetry experience, trach care, CIWA, BiPAP, Central line maintenance/management, tube/drain management, cardiac rhythm interpretation Preferred: Chest tube management -Common Medication: Cardizem, heparin, insulin (non DKA), nitro, Lasix, Dilaudid (comfort care/PCA) Preferred: Dopamine, nicardipine -For Insulin/BiPaP, if requiring q 1 x4 hours, will reconsider for ICU or patient reassignment
Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Types: MS Progressive Care Unit non specialty unit, respiratory failure, sepsis, GIB, alcohol withdrawal, complicated surgeries, decompensating oncology patients, diabetic or renal complications, CHF, COPD, PNA, comfort care Continuous telemetry monitoring for all patients

Special Requests: **Shift & Scheduling:**Weekend rotation: every other weekend Schedule request: Email PCU Scheduler for all schedule requests No self-scheduling 3-week schedule period, given 2 weeks prior to the start of the schedule No on call
Floating Requirements: Floating:
-ICU (PCU level patients)
-CCU
-Observation
-ED Holding (all service levels within scope and below)
-Overflow areas (for all PCU level patients)
-No specific MS units (MS Onc, Pal, Ortho)
-Travelers will float first
-If floated to MS- will have a 1:5 ratio
