Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

50% of holidays

Floating: ICU Cluster and MS & MS/Tele (1:4)

2 yrs ICU exp or 1 yr Level 1 CTICU exp acceptable.

Weekend Coverage: Every Other

RTO Must be included at time of submittal or will not be approved- no exceptions

Return Travelers: If a traveler takes a break after an assignment and returns within 18 months, re- orientation is not required.
