Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a District of Columbia license

Radiation Oncology

Required Skills/Experience: Care and management of ports, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, Acute Tumor Lysis, Syndrome (ATLS), Anaphylaxis, Extravasation injury, Hemorrhage, Sepsis, Spinal Cord Compression, Neutropenic precautions, Tracheostomy care/management, External Radiation therapy (Teletherapy), Radiation safety precautions, Altered mental status, Constipation/diarrhea, Dysphagia, Edema, Nausea/vomiting, Neuropathy, Teaching Hospital, Oncologic Emergencies, Symptom management, IV Therapy/Infusions, Central line blood draw, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Radiation Oncology, Radiation therapy

With previous experience in oncology or radiation

Preferred Skills/Experience: Radiation Oncology

Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID

Special Requests:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
