The facility has a tardy policy: If clinician is more than 15 minutes late, the facility has the option to no longer use clinician's services.

Location: San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center Pharmacy Clinic

Hosptial exp required. May be required to go to Bylas location as well

Need 2 outpatient /1 inaptient. Inpatient/ER pharmacist.

PALS can be obtained on-site.

Shift Times: Variable i.e nights , days, swing and weekends

Type of equipment: ScriptPro Pharmacy Management System with SP200 Robot; RPMS Electronic Health Record and moving to a new EHR system

Must have Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy AND/OR Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Scrub Color –Caribbean Blue or Business professional.

Five years professional experience with two years of management experience

Must be able to successfully pass and background and drug screen
