Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 36 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Required Credentials:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited school.

• Bachelors of Science.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon/Wed/Fri: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Tue/Thu: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays as needed.

• Monday - Friday on-site hospital outpatient clinic with 2 weekend days inpatient (Saturdays) during contract period.
