Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Special Requests: Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Shift & Scheduling: Every weekend - Friday/Saturday/Sunday

Could also accommodate: 2 weekends on, 1 weekend off (so they would be scheduled during the week for that 3rd week) if they did not want to work every weekend. Those hours would also all be day shift.

Weekend/Holiday: Holiday rotation

Floating Requirements: Float: to alike units . May float to other Aspirus Locations such as Merrill, Wausau, Medford, and Stanley.
