Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Ultrasound Technologist

Scheduling:

-Shift: 36 hours variable (3-12s or 4-10s) days, weekends, possibly overnights if necessary.

-Guaranteed Hours: 40

-Weekend rotation: Discussed during interview

-Minimal call: 9am-3pm, every couple of months. Discussed during interview.

-Holiday Expectations: Discussed during interview

-Time Off: Seek approval; must be stated in contract.

Will accept a first-time traveler dependent on skillset/experience.

Required Certifications: ARDMS or ARRT with Advanced Ultrasound Certification

Skills required: GE (preferred); General body, Extremities, Vascular, OB, Peds

Equipment Types: Phillips mainly and GE

Floating: Dependent on need; may stay at Rapid City location only or float to other facilities.

Orientation: 1-2 weeks, dependent on skillset and comfort level
