Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Nurses with large scale adult PCU experience and community hospital ICU experience tend to do well in our area. Must be competent in the care of medical and surgical populations, and advanced hemodynamics including pressor usage per our titration protocols. Antihypertensive drips, sedative and narcan drips, thrombo-embolytics, a line, cvp, EVD, ortho traction, infection prevention protocols. HFNC, BiPap/Cpap, and oxypendent.

Special Requests: No Travel teams / pairs.

Shift & Scheduling: Must be able to start within 5 weeks to apply. Weekends: Every Other. Holidays Rotating.
