Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Additional Details:

Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).

Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.

No call

With 7 Call shifts per schedule block (4 weeks), dependent upon staffing (3 of those shifts are a full weekend - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday).

Traveler must secure housing within 30 minutes of Salem Hospital in order to fulfill on-call obligations.

Skill Sets Required: Interventional Cardiac, PCI, Scrub. Cath/EP Lab experience. EP Responsibilities: scrub for device implants, lead revision and ablations.

Patient Population: Adult.

Floating Required: Potentially to Interventional Radiology.

BLS ACLS must be AHA, ARC, CHSF or Military.
