Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

TMC orientation is held twice a month. Upcoming orientation dates are 6/16/2025, 7/7/2025, and 7/21/2025.

Call required as needed

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Productivity Standards: 75%
