Requirements
Experience
9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
