Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 60 months of Operating Room experience with 12 months within the past 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: ACLS for being on call

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Surgical patients

𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Standard OR equipment.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Day off rotates. / Total hours 36 hrs/week. NOT 40 / Call shifts are required. I weeknight call a week 1630-0700 and 1 weekend (48hrs) every 6 weeks or so. / No weekend scheduled hours, just the on call requirements /

𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Low census, team members may be asked to help on other units for 1:1, but that is not regular.
