Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

No Block Scheduling Allowed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday.

Blue Island Location with the potential for occasional floating to Provident Hospital.

RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No holiday RTO. No RTO on weekends.

Block Scheduling: Cook does not approve block schedules or special requests. All time off must comply with the RTO policy.

Cook is a mandatory float facility, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.

Float Required: Yes, between Pain and Interventional Radiology. Cook County is a Mandatory Float facility. All resources are required to float as needed.

Call Required: Yes. M-F 12a-8a.Weekends/holidays 24 hrs.

Occasional weekend coverage, 8am-4:30pm.
