Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

OP, one day per week in acute care
Shift: Monday-Friday
May be asked to work an occasional weekend in acute care being on call on Saturday 8-12 and Sunday 8-11. Only1-2 in the full 13 weeks.
