24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience within the past 4 years.

References

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: -Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. -*There is a PASS/FAIL Sim Lab on day 1 of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions).

Shift & Scheduling: -Varying start times: 7a, 9a, 10a, 11a, 12p, 1p + EOW + first to float; must work 2 of 3 major holidays -Every other weekend. Must do 2 of 3 holidays during the holiday season

Floating Requirements: -ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they'll be reporting to. -- Floating: Float between Gilbert and Chandler ER (7 miles/15 minutes apart), possibly mid-shifts
