Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Nurse Management experience.
BSN completion required
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of successful leadership experience strongly preferred.

Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred.

Required Credentials: Being ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team is a must.

Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing.

Must be an RN

Special Requests: Once your initial RTO requested is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before your start date.

Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

Shift & Scheduling: Ability to start ASAP! This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks.
