Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
Mostly IP/OP, and heavy on the OP side. We would potentially have a traveler cover some SNF patients. On the OP side we see a good variety of post-surgical, geriatric, balance, back pain, high school athletes, vestibular, and wound care.
8H Day - Typically 8-5 but can be flexible with 4 x 10
