Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

The call requirement will vary depending on if they have vein harvesting skills or not.

Floating Area(s): Main OR

Must have 2 to 3 years CV FA experience - Open Heart and Vascular experience.

Vein harvesting is required

Must to be able to endoscopic vein harvesting.

Must have: Cardiac surgical experience in the FA capacity (Vascular only does NOT count – experience must include acting as a FA in on-pump cardiac cases

Pediatrics preferred

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Ceil Blue – will provide on the unit
