Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Physical Therapy experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
PT needed for multi-modality position (home health, outpatient, acute).
Required Skills/Experience:
- Should have strong general experience, including some post-op, sports injury, geriatrics.
- Must have outpatient experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer both outpatient and inpatient experience ,
Shift & Scheduling: Shift is Monday to Friday days, preferably 8hrs but may consider 4X10.
Floating Requirements: Will work at area facilities (all within 60 mile radius, including home health visits).
