All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Shift & Scheduling: (06:40 - 15:10) -Scheduling preferences can be considered but are not gaurenteed; must have full availbility -Scheduling requests due to additional employment will not be considered -Is on-call REQ?: Yes

Required Skills/Experience: -Community Hospital Experience: Required -2 years of Acute Care Surgical Tech experience

Types of Patients on Unit: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Equipment Used on Unit: PREFERRED: DaVinci XI trained, Total Joint trained

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Busy Main OR and Plaza surgery center. We do lots of Ortho, Neuro, Spine robotics, General/GYN, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, Hepatobiliary, ENT, Plastics & Retinal cases. Plaza Surgery Center does mostly cataracts, outpatient ortho, robotics, general, plastics. Looking for someone to help staff rooms and/or give breaks.

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy: can return after 3 months
