Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

NIHSS (Required)

TNCC (Preferred)

Vaccinations

ICU/Step-Down

Required Credentials: Must have Epic experience in the last year in order to pass the Epic pre-assessment test

Unit/Facility Details: Mixed ICU with specialties including - Neuro, Medical, Trauma , Vascular, Cardiothoracic (CT)

Shift & Scheduling: 1900-0730 // Holiday coverage required.

Floating Requirements: Will float as needed between ICU and PMCU (This is a step-down level unit and is a 3:1 ratio).
