Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Interventional Radiology experience is required.

Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Pain Management

Candidates must start on the start date specified for this job.

Please DO NOT submit if you are unwilling to meet the possible floating obligation.

Special Requests: No Block Scheduling Allowed

Shift & Scheduling:

On call rotation assigned on week basis M-F, 12am-8am. Weekends and holidays 24Hrs. On call is rotated through all nurses. No holidays except for on call. Occasional weekend day needed 8a-4:30p

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month

Floating Requirements:

Travelers will float within the Radiology and Pain departments.

Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift.

Parking: Parking Cost: $2/day at Juvenile Temporary Detention Center (JTDC). A shuttle runs every 15 minutes between Stroger and JTDC
