Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Angioplasty, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, ERCP, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Liver Biopsy, Paracentesis, Radio embolization, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt), Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Hemodynamic monitoring, Impella insertion, Cardioversion, Carotid Angiography, Stent placement, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, Fluoroscopy, Maintains equipment, Maintains inventory, PACS, Stocks supplies, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement, Coil Embolization/Peripherals, Community Hospital Experience

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Flouro Permit, RCIS acceptable w/5+ years exp

Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation

Special Requests:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Shift & Scheduling:

Call Required: Yes Note: up to 4 days a week varies depends on need

Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: up 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule
