Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Previous Charge experience.
• Teaching Hospital experience.
• Skills: Care of Patient With Anxiety disorders, Assault/violence, Bipolar Disorder, Congenital/Developmental Disorders, Degenerative disorders (Alzheimer’s, ALS, Parkinson’s), Depressive disorders, Eating Disorders, Personality disorders, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Profound impulse control issues, Psychotic Disorders, Schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, Self-injurious behavior, Severe intellectual disabilities, Substance use, Suicidal behavior, Trauma-and Stressor-Related Disorders, Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), Physical Hold Protocols, Use of seclusion

Required Credentials: Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Shift & Scheduling:

• BJC policy: Every other weekend required.
• Can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week.

Floating Requirements: Float within service line to all BH units.

No medical marijuana cards accepted.

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
