Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Oncology Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Oncology and non-oncology patients for infusion to include blood and blood products

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Experience in chemo administration, CVAD, IV skills

Weekend Requirement only at SJMC Outpatient Infusion Clinic

Holiday Requirement only at SJMC Outpatient Infusion Clinic

Scrub Color/Dress Code: No specific scrub color, as long as clean

Unit/Department specific orientation: Epic class, Infusion orientation
