Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Call Center / Telephone Triage experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Additional Details:

No On call.

Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.

Experience: Clinical nursing experience required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred.

Primary care focus with pediatric to adult. Mainly will be phone triage and nurse visits: vaccine administration preferred, phlebotomy also preferred, occasional need for emergency response to walk in patients.

BLS must be AHA, ARC, CHSF and Military.
