Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Pharmacy experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

IV Therapy Certification (Preferred)

Vaccinations

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: PharmD, Sterile Compounding IV room Experience (Hazardous and non-Hazardous drugs). First-time travelers: Yes if required experience is met. Skills: Inpatient / Acute care, Medication dispensing systems, Pharmacotherapy Management for Medical Problems, Dosing, Clinical dosing, High-alert medications, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring, Intravenous preparation, Cad Cassette, Chemotherapy, Compounding, IV Piggyback, IV push Medications, Packaging Antineoplastic Agents, Sterile Technique, Must pass PATT testing.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills: Compounding Pharmacy, Home Health Infusion, Baxter, Oncologic.

Required Credentials: Certifications: Pharmacist State of CA, PharmD, RPh. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.

Preferred Credentials: Certifications: Chemo/Hazardous Drug.
