Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

9 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

No Block Scheduling requests. Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: 3 weekend shifts, 1 call shift for RNS, 2 call shifts for techs, 3 12 hour shifts

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: shared decision making / Care of the laboring patient, care of the newborn immediately after delivery, circulate and recover c/s patients /

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced) or CEFM—OR techs must have FA certification.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀/𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀/𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: vaginal deliveries, c/sections, d&c, cerclage, epidural anesthesia, tub labor,
