Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

Must have at least 9 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

• Patient Experience requirements: Shared decision making

• RNs—Care of the laboring patient, care of the newborn immediately after delivery, circulate and recover c/s patients

Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Shift & Scheduling: 3 weekend shifts, 1 call shift for RNS

Floating Requirements: Travelers float first
