Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

Additional Details:

Nelson 5 MPCU

Nelson 5 MPCU (IMC level) is the step-down unit for the Medical ICU; RN will need experience with high acuity patients.

Required: dysrhythmia management; IMC/PCU experience

Must have current experience with patients on ventilators a-lines, drip titration, high flow nasal canula, tracheostomies, g-tubes

No guaranteed hours.

Float: Float as needed within scope

Weekend: Every other weekend

Holiday: Holidays as needed

Availability on call: (2) call shifts per schedule per 6 week grid
